Passing of Bob Adkin's Mother

Pat wanted me to pass this information along - Unfortunately Bob's mother passed away Wednesday, May 14th. She had been in declining health these last couple of years and finally gave out at the nursing home where she lived close to Bob & Pat. Bob will not be coming home, but luckily he did get to say goodbye before he left for Iraq. There are no funeral plans yet; Pat said she will be cremated and would let us know what the plans will be in June. The family wants to keep things low key, so if you want to send condolences, Bob said please just post something on the forum. Flowers are not necessary and please keep Pat's phone free since she is coordinating plans with out of state family.
So let me be the first to send condolences to you Bob and Pat too - I know how much Pat helped out - I know you will miss your Mother, but at least some small comfort since you did get to say goodbye before going overseas. Take care & you're in our thoughts & prayers.
