I am planning a roundabout ride to Dave's Modern Cafe' in Chattanooga, TN. Some of you have heard Mary and I discuss this restaurant. It is on Cummings Highway west of Chattanooga. Dave has been in business about a year and nearly everything he serves is hickory smoked, including his desserts.
